Each one of us is here for a reason. We each have a specific purpose, which only we can fulfill. In order to accomplish this purpose we must become aware of two things: those causes/activities that evoke our greatest passions and the natural strengths we have been blessed with.
While we may be considered successful by society's standards, it is only by living according to our authentic passions and strengths that we are able to achieve excellence as a leader, in our career, and in life as a whole.
